Crew No. 9 of Svetlogorsk drilling department reached the next limit of daily penetration - 865 meters. The previous maximum was set by the same team - that time oilmen drilled 820 meters of rock during the day. On its 58th birthday the Department reported another achievement - in March the drillers penetrated 23,159 meters of subsoil. The previous record of monthly penetration was almost 2 kilometers less.
