The Belarusian Scientific Research and Design Institute of Oil BelNIPIneft of RUE “Production Association “Belorusneft ” develops and implements modern technologies in the field of oil production, provides a wide range of design and engineering services, is constantly expanding its production and technological base and is active at foreign oil markets.
The quality of design and engineering services provided by BelNIPIneft is ensured by the functioning of the implemented quality management system (QMS) and is confirmed by certificates of conformity No. 18.1538.026 of 09/10/2018 (issued by the leading Russian certification body AS ”Russian Register” for compliance with the requirements of the international version of ISO 9001 : 2015) and No. BY / 112 05.01.006 05685 dated 09/27/2017 (issued by the Accredited certification body Gomel CSMS for compliance with the requirements of the national version of STB ISO 9001-2015).
QMS BelNIPIneft is recognized as complying with the requirements of the standards ISO 9001: 2015 (STB ISO 9001-2015) and has a proven scope for both versions of certificates in relation to the following areas of activity: designing buildings and structures of I and II levels of responsibility and conducting engineering surveys for these purposes, including the development of pre-project (pre-investment) documentation, the functions of chief designer, the development of sections of project documentation for construction projects of the first or fourth class s complexity, Engineering and geodetic survey, geological engineering, engineering and environmental studies, the inspection of buildings and structures; design of development facilities, analysis and maintenance of the development and development of oil fields; development and implementation of technologies for increasing oil production; the development and manufacture of technical means of monitoring oil production; control and testing of production (oil, gas, water, oil products); monitoring the state of environmental impact objects; design, maintenance and analysis of exploration for oil and gas.
In 2018, as part of the supervision (inspection) control check of the QMS BelNIPIneft by certification bodies represented by Russian Register-Bel LLC (Minsk, the Republic of Belarus) and RUE Gomel CSMS (Gomel, the Republic of Belarus), certification audits were conducted, aimed at the switch to new version standards of the QMS of the Institute. Based on the results of this control check, BelNIPIneft QMS was confirmed to comply with the requirements of both versions of the standards - ISO 9001: 2015 and STB ISO 9001-2015.
