Belorusneft starts the usage of beam-pumping units of its own manufacture.

Belorusneft has already produced its 100th beam-pumping unit. Nefteburservice is engaged in the production of this equipment.

The project for the organization of SK-12-3000-5000 production was launched in 2015. Experimental field works began soon after the factory tests.The first self-made beam-pumping unit was installed at the well No. 42 of the Rechitsa oil field. The sample was recognized successful and after minor improvements at Nefteburservice the production of beam-pumping units was launched. Their technical parameters meet the current requirements of domestic oil production and are not worse than the imported samples.

During the production activities of the mechanized well stock Rechitsaneft, the drives of rod depth pumps of Romanian, Russian, Ukrainian and Belarusian production are used. This year, Belorusneft is planning to completely abandon the purchase of expensive imported equipment. The capacity of the domestic equipment manufacture is being increased at Nefteburservice. It is expected that 48 beam-pumping units will be produced in 2021.

The manufacture of the equipment has become an important import-substituting case for Nefteburservice. The drives are successfully used during mechanized production at Belorusneft.
