We offer research and engineering support in the following areas of oil field development:

1. Analysis and design of oil and gas field development, including:

  • feasibility study of oil field development and preparation of project documentation, based on geologic and hydrodynamic models;
  • new technologies of oil field development, based on natural capabilities of deposits, which provide enhanced oil recovery compared to the technologies of waterflood displacement;
  • estimation of fluid production and water injection balance in reservoir conditions in the course of field development;
  • analysis of efficiency of existing development system, based on the method of material balance, estimation of WOC rise and displacement parameters;
  • evaluation of reliability of estimated reserves by the method of material balance;
  • design of systems of formation pressure maintenance by water injection;
  • localization of remaining recoverable oil reserves.

2. Design supervision over project documentation:

  • identification of causes of discrepancies between actual and project development parameters;
  • providing recommendations on improvement of development system in order to reach project parameters.

3. Preparation and implementation of an integrated workover program, aimed at EOR and production stimulation with the following stages:

  • integrated study, analysis of geological summary of the object, including seismic, petrophysical, facies description;
  • generation of 3D geologic and hydrodynamic models, considering litho-facies setting;
  • selection and substantiation of zones for tracer studies;
  • development of actions for improved water displacement efficiency;
  • evaluation of expected efficiency of workover operations;
  • implementation and engineering control of recommended actions.

Our advances in development design and analysis

In order to recover remaining recoverable reserves we widely use:

  • drilling of horizontal wells, branched and multilateral wells, sidetracking, including utilization of coiled tubing units;
  • development of gas condensate fields with formation pressure maintenance system by water injection method.

In order to enhance oil recovery from the reservoirs with highly depleted reserves we implement:

  • integrated technologies of non-stationary and cyclic stimulation with injection of flow-diverting compositions into reservoirs;
  • technology of  periodic dual  fluid recovery and water injection.

Special attention is paid to gas methods of EOR with implementation of water-gas technologies. We have experience in injection of water-nitrogen solutions and thermal gas treatment.
